We know sitting at a desk all day is bad for us, but did you know that if you live a sedentary lifestyle, you have a higher chance of being overweight, developing type 2 diabetes or heart disease, and experiencing depression and anxiety?
Um, no thank you.
Instead, we're going to walk. It's simple: throw the runners on, meet at The Impact Workshop at 12.30pm and join us for a lunchtime stroll around the sights of Geelong.
The 45-minute walks will be themed, with a cool visit to something interesting, special or beautiful along the way. (Shout out if you've got a theme for one of the weeks).
